Cornellskop Animal Encounters provides you with the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet and connect with many different wildlife species.
Home to zebra, ostriches, wild dogs, emu, fallow deer, cape fox, an albino porcupine, snakes, cheetahs, lions, meerkats, caracals, hyenas, peacocks, and farm animals, a visit to Cornellskop is bound to be an unforgettable experience.
With the assistance of our qualified Nature Guides, Shané and Aaron, you will safely get to enter the enclosures of our cheetahs, caracal, porcupine, zebras and ostriches. Our lions, hyena, and wild dog will be viewed from outside of their enclosures, for your safety.
As wildlife experts who share a deep bond with the animals, Shané and Aaron will provide invaluable knowledge on the animals' behaviour, history, needs, conservation status and much more.
Our encounters offer the public an amazing opportunity to see the animals up close, take incredible photos, make special memories, and witness the love and passion we have for these creatures.
Important reminder: animals, like us, have their good and bad days. We aim to respect our animals' wants and needs during encounters, meaning that we do not force them to 'perform' for people who visit us. However, you will always be safe if you listen to our guides, and they will always strive to provide you with the best experience possible!
