Cornellskop is not a funded facility which means the care of the animals, staff wages and upkeep of the farm are all self-paid.

The COVID-19 pandemic had a serious negative impact on our ability to earn and this caused us to incur more debt. Should you want to sponsor an animal or donate either funds or items, please feel free to contact us or click on the links below.

We continually strive to improve the spaces our animals live in as well as the actual farm itself, as this attracts many indigenous species as it is a safe space with very little active agriculture taking place.

We are home to honey badgers, water mongoose, bat-eared foxes, porcupines, duiker, aardwolf and a variety of other small mammals., some of which we only see on our camera traps!

We plant trees every season donated by Themba Trees to slowly reforest the back parts of the farm.
